yes that is a cute dress. i would do a white cover up of some kind and white flats or instead of a white cover up and white shoes do a black cover up and black shoes. unless you can find like a red cover up or another bright color that looks good with blue. jst do your make up the same way you usually do. and curl your hair or put it up in a ponytail and curl it.

How to do your makeup and your hair:


This is how I would do my makeup and hair.


You should use lip gloss or lipstick then,put lip liner around it.You should do a manicure and pedicure instead of nail polish if you want. Put on mascara and eye shadow then, put on your eye liner. Try to cover your acne,pimples,or your zits with makeup if you have any of that.Now on to your hair you should get some layers because that would look really cute on you.Maybe you could get some highlights or curl your hair a little bit.If your hairs always messed up you could straighten it a litte to.I HOPE THIS WORKS OUT.
