No but you can buy a machine called the Gem Styler which comes with lots of different blingy gems %26amp; decorate your clothes yourself like i have, it%26#039;s great fun %26amp; very easy. I got mine in W.H.Smith for around 拢10 :)

there is a shop on king`s road in london, 10 15 min walk up kins road from sloane square station. they have exactly what you want.its not cheap.
